The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You”, "Customers", "Members", "Users" and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, “Us”, or SareeFlame, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law.   • Please note that after purchase there is no cancellation or returns. Customers are advised to review their selection before submitting their order.
  • All products sold on our website correspond with provided description and images. Variations in the manufacturing process and the display properties of the computer hardware may mean that the colors, fabrics and design of the merchandise delivered to you may be perceived different in minor aspects when compared.
  • The saree would be as true as possible to the picture. However there might be variation in the blouse piece shown.
  • Estimated shipping time of all mad to order / backorder products is 3 to 4 week, it can change as per customization and production.

In the following cases, orders might not be processed:

  • If the products shown on the website are not available.
  • If we are unable to obtain authorization of payment.
  • Merchandise purchased will be delivered to the address registered on the customers debit/credit card.
  • All prices of the products on the website are quoted in INR/USD and do not include delivery charges. Additional cost of handling like freight charges, custom duties, taxes and levies will be borne by the buyers.
  • No two promotions can be combined
  • In case of free shipping, a handling charge of Rs.299 will be levied.

Product Returns

SareeFlame.com endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy , we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery with your order number , date of transaction , delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Our costomer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 72 working hours.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any sititaion as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case basis and request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping Address, there are 3 failed delivery attemps by our shipping agency and / or the package is refused by the recipient.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.

Cancellation :-

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation request any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately , we cannot cancle order once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

►   Can I buy Saree with unstitched blouse?
⇒   Yes, you can go for unstitched blouse by not selecting any options under Made To Measure Blouse. You can however select other Custom Tailoring Options if you wish to.


►   Do the shipping charges vary from country to country?
⇒   Yes, for some products, they vary from country to country, Please use our shipping price checking tool in the below link to determine the exact shipping cost.


►   Can I track the package once you ship it from India?
⇒   Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.


►   What are your shipping charges for deliveries inside India?
⇒   Delivery inside India is free of cost in most cases, however if there is a change it can be verified at the shipping policy link below.


►   What is the procedure to return a product, If I dont like it?
⇒   Please report the return to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may email us or call us and inform us the same.


►   Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package?
⇒   The shipping charges are calculated on the number of products in your order. You can view the shipping cost in the link below.


►   Can I pay using 2 different cards for one order?
⇒   It’s not possible to pay using 2 cards for one order.


►   My card is declined, What should I do?
⇒   Please recheck if you have given your card details correct. If so, please contact your banks and explain them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your banks might block your cards for security issues.


►   Can I return a salwar kameez or a lehenga thats stitched to my measurements?
⇒   Sorry, custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.


►   I bought a saree with blouse stitched, Can I return it or exchange it?
⇒   Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including for sarees where the blouse is stitched, readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.


►   Will I get a full refund if I return the product?
⇒   The value of refund, varies from one case to another. It would be under the sole discretion of the operations.


►   Are there any charges for refunds, if I return an item?
⇒   There is a admin credit card commission cost of 10percentage of the final order value.We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.


►   Can you deliver to any country in the world?
⇒   Yes, we deliver to almost all countries in the world. Please refer the link below for the costs.


►   Can I pay using my Debit card?
⇒   Yes, We accept all major debit cards


►   How do I know that you have received my payments?
⇒   You would receive an email confirmation that we have received your payments along with a order number.


►   I have transferred money through Western Union, what do I do next?
⇒   Please email us the 10 digit MTCN number along with your temporary reference number. We would generate your order, once we receive the payments from Western Union
